Sub-Processors
MooCommerce AS (“MooCommerce”) uses certain sub-processors (including members of Moo Gruppen and affiliated and associated companies, as listed below) to assist it in providing Moo Gruppen services.
Moo Gruppen generally requires its sub-processors to satisfy equivalent obligations as those required from Moo Gruppen (as a Data Processor) as set forth in Moo Gruppen’s Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”). Third-party service providers that incidentally have access to Your Service Data in Innovation Services and are used to provide specific features or components of the product outside of the core hosting of Service Data, are regularly reviewed by Moo Gruppen to ensure they work towards implementing each of the standards described in this Section.

How to Subscribe to Receive Notification of Change in
Sub-processors:
If you are a current Moo Gruppen customer with a data processing agreement in place with Moo Gruppen, you may subscribe to receive notifications of new sub-processor(s) for each applicable Moo Gruppen service before Moo Gruppen authorises any new sub-processor(s) to process personal data in connection with the provision of the applicable service.
You can subscribe to receive email notifications for changes to Moo Gruppen sub-processors by emailing the following information to [email protected]:
- Customer Name
- Customer Address
- Executed copy of the Customer-Moo Gruppen data processing agreement
To edit your email notification information, please re-submit a request to [email protected] with the title “Change in Contact Information” to Moo Gruppen.
Right to Object to a New Sub-processor:
A customer with a data processing agreement in place with Moo Gruppen may object to Moo Gruppen’s use of a new sub-processor by notifying Moo Gruppen promptly in writing within ten (10) business days after receipt of Moo Gruppen’s notice in accordance with the mechanism set out above. If you object to a new sub-processor and that objection is not unreasonable, Moo Gruppen will use reasonable efforts to make available to you a change in the applicable service or recommend a commercially reasonable change to your configuration or use of the applicable service to avoid processing of personal data by the objected-to new sub-processor without unreasonably burdening you. If Moo Gruppen is unable to make such a change available within a reasonable period of time, which shall not exceed thirty (30) days, you may terminate the applicable order form(s) with respect only to those service(s) that cannot be provided by Moo Gruppen without the use of the objected-to new sub-processor by providing written notice to Moo Gruppen at:
